Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida is looking for a passionate and organized Match Specialist to join our team in Fort Walton Beach (United Way Building)!
In this role, you’ll help ignite the power and promise of youth by:
✨ Interviewing volunteers and children
✨ Making meaningful mentoring matches
✨ Providing ongoing match support
✨ Representing BBBS at community events and speaking engagements
We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a quiet office setting — but who also loves connecting with people in the community.
🕒 Full-time (40 hrs/week) | 💵 $17.50–$18.00/hour
Must be available for occasional evenings and weekends.
