Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central MN is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to help connect volunteers with youth in meaningful, life-changing relationships. In this role, you’ll guide volunteers and families through the enrollment process, ensure child safety, and create strong matches that last—all while supporting a small caseload of matches to ensure quality relationships.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide exceptional customer service to volunteers and families.
· Conduct interviews and assessments of volunteers and youth.
· Coordinate matches and support ongoing relationships.
· Collaborate with a passionate team to strengthen our community.
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in social services.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work some evenings.
· Passion for helping kids thrive!

The Basics
· Starting wage: $19-$24/hour (40 hours/week, non-exempt)
