Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Grants Manager is based in Worcester, MA or Framingham, MA, with opportunities for up to 2 days remote work weekly. The Grants Manager will oversee all aspects of the grant lifecycle, including identifying potential funding opportunities, drafting and submitting grant proposals, managing compliance and reporting, and fostering relationships with funders. Additionally, this role will involve analyzing data to support program objectives and ensuring successful alignment between grant activities and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Grant Administration, including identifying, applying for, and managing $5k grants effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with a proven ability to evaluate data and outcomes to align grants with program objectives.
- Expertise in Proposal Writing and preparing detailed and compelling grant applications.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and funding partners. Prefer English or journalism major.
- Program Management experience, with the ability to track and evaluate program performance and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with donor databases and grant management software.
