This is a full-time on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ for a Vice President of Programs. The Vice President of Programs will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational programs. They will work collaboratively to manage resources, ensure the achievement of programmatic goals, implement strategic initiatives, and provide leadership to program staff. Additional responsibilities include data analysis, budgeting, and streamlining processes to improve program effectiveness.
- Experience in Program Management and Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in Project Management and Analytical Skills
- Strong Budgeting and financial management capabilities
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to fostering inclusion
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields, such as Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or Social Work, is a plus
- Experience in working with youth-focused organizations or mentorship programs is desirable
