ABOUT THIS POSITION
The purpose of this position is to conduct training sessions and to lead the development of training curriculum.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and engaging facilitator who confidently leads groups, fosters meaningful participant experiences, and builds rapport with ease. They bring genuine enthusiasm to their work and have experience supporting the development and delivery of training curriculum that is relevant, engaging, and impactful.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Public speaking and/or facilitation experience required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Educational background preferred; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering training curriculum for volunteers, parents, youth, and staff, along with leading the development of current and future trainings. The role facilitates Workplace program mentor trainings and maintains strong relationships with company and school partners.
TRAINING
Extensive initial and on-going training on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Delivery System and other topics relevant to providing social services is provided to the successful candidate.
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS
Medical, dental, disability and life insurance benefits are provided. A Medical plan at no cost to the employee is available. The agency has between 10 and 12 holidays each year and employees can accrue up to 21 additional paid days off per year depending on the length of their employment. A simplified pension plan is also provided for the employee after 2 years of employment. Mileage is reimbursed. Staff development opportunities are provided. SCHEDULE
36-40 hour work week, to include 10 community based hours. Must be available to work evenings and weekends on an ongoing basis.
