Drive Thru Attendant

Job Summary:

Big Boy Restaurants is looking for a friendly and efficient Drive-Thru Attendant to provide excellent customer service while taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring quick and accurate service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the drive-thru system.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure food orders are correctly prepared and delivered promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru station.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and inventory as needed.
• Uphold Big Boys’ standards of customer service and quality.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or fast food experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

• Able to remain on your feet for long periods of time
