Your Role: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing both incoming and outgoing warehouse operations—from scrutinizing deliveries to coordinating shipments—ensuring everything flows seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving
Receive and verify inbound deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies; report issues promptly
Record detailed receiving documentation and ensure accurate labeling and storage
Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and general warehouse tasks
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely; uphold a clean, organized receiving area
Shipping
Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, labels)
Inspect and verify outgoing shipments against sales/work orders; maintain shipping records
Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.) for pickups and deliveries
Pack orders with care and collaborate with receiving and production teams for timely fulfillment
Use equipment safely and maintain a tidy shipping area
General Duties
Perform other related tasks as assigned to support warehouse efficiency
What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
Basic computer proficiency; experience with inventory/shipping systems (NetSuite is a plus)
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation is desirable
