🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Â
As a key member of the Sales Department, you’ll help keep customer orders, purchasing activities, and internal operations running efficiently from start to finish.
Order Processing & Sales Support
- Enter and manage sales orders within company systems
- Transfer manufacturing orders into NetSuite
- Prepare routing documentation and material components
- Support shipping documentation and transaction processing
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
- Create purchase order requisitions
- Follow up with vendors and outside service providers
- Monitor material receipts and resolve discrepancies
Customer Communication
- Provide order updates and shipment status information
- Expedite urgent and partial shipments
- Manage communications through customer portals
- Coordinate with Shipping, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Investigate inventory shortages and order discrepancies
- Assist with NetSuite-related material issues
- Track RMAs and rework orders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations
