Position Overview
Now Hiring: Sales Assistant
Location: Bloomingdale, ILCompensation: $22.00/Hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (potential for 8am-4pm)

Big Bolt LLC, established in 1977, is a leading ISO9001 certified fastener manufacturer specializing in non-standard parts. We're looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team.
Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant will support the Sales Manager by entering and managing quotes, maintaining customer communications, preparing sales documents, and assisting with vendor management. This role offers growth opportunities within the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage sales quotes/orders in NetSuite
- Communicate with customers on quote/order status
- Prepare purchase orders and assist with vendor management
- Follow up on customer orders and resolve issues
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Shipping teams
- Assist with RMAs and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2 years in Sales Support
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Prior experience in the fastener industry is a plus but not required.
