Do you have a passion for working with children? Would you like to be part of a team of people that are dedicated to teaching kids a life-saving skill? Can you handle an environment filled with a lot of little smiles and an occasional big splash (or two)?
As a Big Blue Team member, you'll learn to teach young swimmers proper techniques and water safety while providing positive reinforcement to create a fun and exciting experience. With continuous training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team, we create a rewarding environment that is inclusive and fun.

We offer:

Required Qualifications:
- Loves teaching kids and helping them grow
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Previous swimming experience not required
