What We Offer:
Consistent full-time and part-time schedules
Competitive pay: $17-$19/hour after training, with weekend shifts paying up $19-22/hour
- In addition to teaching in the pool, full time team members also get “dry hours” at our front desk and receive free in-house Lifeguard Certification to grow their skills.

What We’re Looking For:
No prior swim experience required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must enjoy working with kids and bring high energy every day
Comfortable working in the water for at least 25 hours/week
Availability to work evenings (3pm–9pm) and at least one weekend day (7:30am–5pm)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain active on your feet for extended periods
High school diploma or GED required
