What You'll Do:
Customer Service & Engagement
•Greet and engage with parents and customers, providing updates on swimmer progress.
•Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain strong relationships with families.
•Train front desk staff on promotions and best practices to convert trial lessons into weekly enrollments.
Team Leadership & Training
•Supervise, mentor, and support a team of 10-20 Swim Associates.
•Lead daily shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and proper class coverage.
•Conduct monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Swim Associates.
•Onboard and train new instructors, ensuring they meet Big Blue Swim School standards.
•Facilitate bi-weekly team training to reinforce safety protocols, teaching techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Facility & Pool Operations
•Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for swimmers and families.
•Oversee water quality, pump room operations, and overall pool maintenance.
•Ensure all staff follow safety procedures and hold required certifications.

Work around a warm water pool environment.
Exposure to wet conditions and pool chemicals.
Moderate noise level from excited swimmers and families.
Some light lifting may be required.
