**Job Summary:**
We are growing!!! We are seeking smiling, energetic, and dedicated Lead Teachers/Teacher Aides/Assistants to join our new team for the following age groups: Infant, Toddler, Preschool & School Age. Hourly wage starts at $13.00 an hour and goes up based on Education, Years of Experience, and Job Position.
Teachers are responsible for implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the well-being of the children in our care.
**Duties:**
- Assist teachers and administration
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children
- Assist with giving Teachers breaks
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
**Experience:**
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
