Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries about beach amenities, activities, and safety procedures
- Oversee guest services including towel distribution, equipment rentals, and food service coordination
- Enforce safety rules by monitoring swimming areas and performing lifeguard duties when required
- Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals, concessions, or event tickets
- Resolve guest conflicts promptly and professionally to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including trash removal and equipment upkeep
- Provide engaging public speaking during safety briefings or scheduled activities to inform and entertain guests
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, resort operations, or event management is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
