Customer Service Associate Cashier
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Provide product information and assist with product selection
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Promote special offers or discounts to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform cashier duties including handling cash and credit card transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
