Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain milling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Safely operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Cross-training with fish production crew to assess feed production quality and assist with weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience operating equipment including forklifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
