PSH Case Manager – $44,000/year Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Provide case management and monthly oversight for participants in scattered-site housing.
- Support clients with housing stability, crisis intervention, and access to community resources.
- Collaborate with a housing team and maintain accurate documentation.
- Must-Have Qualifications
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a Human Services field.
- ✅ 2 years of human services experience (housing, shelter, or direct care).
- ✅ CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- ✅ Strong communication, organization, and crisis intervention skills.
- ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating databases.
