Job Summary

The Warehouse / Van Salesman is a dual-role position responsible for managing warehouse inventory, preparing customer orders, and generating sales directly through field deliveries. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with warehouse operations, skilled in van-based selling, and motivated to grow accounts within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and maintain medical supplies in the warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and load orders accurately and safely.

• Operate company van for scheduled deliveries to clinics, urgent cares, and hospitals.

• Drive direct sales by promoting products during client visits.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, invoices, returns, and van stock.

• Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure continuous availability.

• Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

• Receives and counts stock items, and records data manually or using computer.

• Marks stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies, including proper vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Associate degree or equivalent; college coursework a plus.

• Preferred: Forklift certification and prior warehouse equipment or pharmaceutical experience.

• Preferred: Experience in a medical supplies warehouse and/or healthcare sales.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to lift, load, and move multiple 53 lbs boxes safely and comfortably

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
