What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Big Bear Wine & Liquor?
Big Bear Wine & Liquor is looking for Guest Service/Cashier Employees to join our 40 person strong team. We are located AT 2 DIFFERENT locations 940 E Hailey Lane in Pueblo West and 2037 S. Pueblo Blvd on the South Side. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. This is a full time position with 35 hours a week. We can work around Schedules. MUST BE 18 Years Old. Must be willing to work Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve till 6pm and available New Year Eve.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
