What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drywall Finisher / Painter position at Big Bear Remodeling, Inc.?
At Big Bear Remodeling, we specialize mainly in bathroom and kitchen projects, and we are looking to bring aboard a full-time drywall specialist / painter.
We expect quality work, and you must have extensive experience finishing drywall and painting. We are looking for great results, not the normal mess you see on most jobsites. We want someone who is career minded and professional. You will spend most of your time finishing drywall and painting, though you may spend some time helping hang drywall, do demolition and other remodeling activities, so you keep 40 hours per week. That said, a lot of your time will be painting and finishing.
We expect quality work. You must be GREAT at what you do. We are looking for a high-level finisher and painter.
REQUIRED :
- 8 years drywall finishing experience
- 5 years painting experience
- ability to help hang drywall when needed
- ability to use all paint and drywall-related tools at an expert level
- perfectionist attitude
- ability to communicate well
This position is a full-time employee (W2) position. Schedule is usually Monday thru Friday, and the hours are usually 8 hr days depending on what is needed.
COMPENSATION:
- $25 - $28 per hour (W2) - based on skillset
- 10 days PTO first year
- Retirement with 100% employer match
