Fireworks Tent Operator - Must have your own Crew (High Earning Potential)
A high-earning leadership role running your own fireworks tent during the busiest sales periods of the year.
This is a performance-based opportunity, not hourly. Top operators earn $10K–$20K per season.
Pay & Earning Potential
- 10% commission on gross sales
- $500 setup bonus
- Typical earnings: $5,000–$20,000 per season
- Top performers: exceed $20,000
Weekly potential: $3,000–$10,000

- Must be available for setup and breakdown
What You’ll Do
- Manage and lead your own crew (3–10 people)
- Oversee daily operations (sales, inventory, cash handling)
- Ensure site setup, breakdown, and compliance
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized tent
- Drive sales and maximize performance
Requirements
- Must have your own crew ready (4–8 people preferred)
- Leadership or management experience required
- Ability to work long, high-volume days
- Strong accountability and organization
- Must pass background check
- Must attend safety training before season start
- Must have overnight coverage (separate from operator)
Important
- This position starts in June (setup begins before sales dates)
- This is an independent contractor role
- You are responsible for your crew and payroll
