Your Responsibilities

• Picking up cash drops
• Inventory management
• Setting up and tearing down tent locations
• General maintenance, carpentry and fix it abilities
• Collaborate and work with Tent Operators across assigned territories
• Be hands-on in the field:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards
• Act as a direct resource for operators — solving problems quickly and keeping operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Must have working cell phone
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Excellent communication and conflict management abilities
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between tent locations in the region
• Must be available throughout the entire fireworks selling season (late June–early July & mid-December–early January)

Skills Preferred

• General carpentry and fix it abilities
• Retail or sales experience
• POS (Point-of-Sale) knowledge
• team leadership
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

Compensation

• $16.50 to 20.00 per hour base pay with lucrative bonus based on performance
• Vehicle expense

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Expected hours: No more than 70 per week
