Duties:
- Engage with shoppers face-to-face to promote products and generate sales
- Proactively approach customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently
- Guide customers through the full sales and sign-up process
- Present products professionally and close sales in a retail environment
- Maintain an organized and professional promotional display
- Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and people skills
- High-energy, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with a high volume of shoppers
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation
