Position Overview: Big Bad Breakfast is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to grow our brand and catering business through direct community outreach. This role is primarily field-based, focused on building relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations through sampling, networking, and consistent follow-up. Over time, the position will also include light administrative and office support.
Pay: Hourly and salaried positions available based on experience, availability and part/full time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote BBB catering
- Deliver food samples and introduce menu offerings
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (office managers, coaches, athletic directors, etc.)
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Coordinate catering opportunities, partnerships, and promotions
- Execute grassroots marketing efforts in the community
- Determine and communicate appropriate discounts or in-kind donations
- Track outreach efforts, leads, and results
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including invoicing and general office support
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and cold calling
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to transport food items for sampling
- Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
