Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for HVAC installers located all across Connecticut.
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, rooftop units (RTUs), and other commercial/residential systems
- Accurately diagnosing issues and performing quality repairs
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and complies with local regulations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience
- Strong knowledge of chillers, split systems, RTUs, and various HVAC systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid CT HVAC license (S-1 license)
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
