What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
- Clean, service, and restock restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of break areas, coffee bars, and meeting rooms, ensuring supplies are fully stocked.
- Prepare and properly use cleaning solutions and equipment according to established procedures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Perform floor care tasks such as stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing.
- Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or repair needs.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and follow cleaning procedures and checklists effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills required; Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Physically able to stand and move for extended periods, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and kneeling

- Learn safety procedures, chemical handling, equipment use, and company cleaning standards through training and shadowing.
- Develop core cleaning skills (floors, restrooms, trash, break areas) while becoming familiar with the facility layout and routines.
- Build reliability by completing tasks with supervision, following protocols, and maintaining basic cleanliness standard.
- Work independently to complete daily cleaning tasks across assigned areas with consistency and quality.
- Manage restocking and inventory levels while identifying and reporting maintenance or supply needs.
- Expand skills to include glass cleaning, floor care techniques, and efficient task execution.
- Fully own assigned areas, consistently meeting or exceeding cleanliness standards.
- Proactively manage inventory, anticipate needs, and optimize cleaning routines for efficiency.
- Demonstrate reliability and initiative by identifying improvements and supporting team operations.
