What We Seek:
We are currently looking for an Special Inspector - ACI Level II &/or ICC M2 who is familiar with NYC Building Code and has extensive knowledge of industry principles and terminology. Who has the ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans & specs. Must be able to prepare and submit timely, accurate reports. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- ACI Level II or Concrete Construction
- ICC Mechanical 2
- Not required, but a PLUS if you are Master Special Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, & MAC savvy
- Reliable transportation
