We’re looking for an F&B Manager to help oversee our culinary program, including new menu development, proper recipe execution, and management of all F&B purchases and partner relationships. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering excellent guest experience. The F&B Manager will forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staff, and inventory. His/her goal is to maximize sales and revenue, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food ensuring that food is prepared to Big Al’s specifications and expectations. Manage expo and corresponding duties.

Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, check delivery contents and verify product quality and quantity.

Manage beer program including seasonal beers; participate in testing and development of new drinks recipes.

Launch new menus and maintain and manage the new menu program.

Monitors department Inventory & Budgets.

Assign duties to Culinary Management for full Event details, food ordering, staffing, event set-up, and execution.

Manage third-party food delivery platforms and to-go ordering.

Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.

Must have full knowledge of the process for serving alcohol within the premises to state codes.

Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.

Provide two-way communication and provide an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation, culture, and leadership.

Provide superior guest service and satisfaction by being visible and readily accessible to our guests and employees.

Ensure all staff are properly trained and execute their responsibilities to company standards.

Schedule staff hours and assign duties.

Completes reviews, proficiency checks, manage staff with time and attendance along with work ethics. Conduct coaching’s and separations with the coordination of HR and General Manager when necessary.

Comply with all health and safety regulations. Participate in the Safety Committee.

Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies & state/local codes.

Interact with guests by table touches & help Guest Service Managers with disputes & feedback.

Performs all shift duties as required by General Manager.

Additional duties and responsibilities to be performed when directed by the F&B Director.

Follows Company guidelines for managing confidential information, guest satisfaction and supervising F&B associates.

Ensures satisfactory maintenance, appearance, and condition of assigned facilities to comply with security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances.

Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy.

Opening & closing duties including checking all doors and setting the alarm or disengaging the alarm upon entering.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB:

Exceptional knowledge in Culinary software; Toast, Brunswick, Embed, and Paycom are preferred.

Advanced skills in MS office programs, especially MS Excel.

Demonstrated first-class level of guest service and de-escalation skills.

Awareness and ambassador of safety and cultivating an inclusive team culture.

Demonstrated exceptional personnel management skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others.

Inventory and budget management experience.

Knowledge of alcohol licensing and serving laws. Alcohol certification.

Current Food Handlers Certification and/or SERV Safe or HACCP Certification or equivalent
Salary : $29 - $36
