- Own marketing strategy end-to-end for parks moving through development toward grand opening, including paid media, direct mail, local market activation, and other channels
- Manage national media and agency partnerships (e.g., radio/streaming ad partners, paid search/social vendors) and oversee multi-location paid advertising performance
- Own web and digital infrastructure across all locations (domains, hosting, site platforms)
- Update and maintain marketing training content and onboarding materials for franchisees and internal teams
- Partner with Operations and leadership on campaign adoption and crisis communications protocols
- Champion AI-assisted workflows across the marketing function
- Manage an internal marketing team supporting the above
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of marketing experience; multi-location, franchise, or family entertainment background preferred
- Experience managing external agency and media partnerships
- Comfortable owning budget, reporting to executive leadership, and being a visible face of the brand externally

- Strong people-manager who can build and develop a team
- Fluent with paid media platforms (Google, Meta), CMS/web platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Genuinely excited about AI tools like Claude.ai and driving adoption across a team
