Job Overview
As a Floor Supervisor, you'll be the key leader on the floor, working closely with court monitors, cashiers, and managers to keep everything running smoothly and safely. You'll have eyes and ears on the entire facility, ensuring top-notch safety, guest satisfaction, and team performance in our fast-paced, fun environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all guests (children, adults) and employees on the floor
- Communicate and enforce safety rules clearly and positively when needed
- Handle guest complaints professionally, delivering outstanding customer service with a cheerful, positive attitude
- Monitor team members to confirm they follow all safety regulations while overseeing their assigned areas
- Respond quickly to injured guests, providing first aid, accommodating needs, and addressing concerns
- Coordinate efficient, timely breaks for employees to maintain high energy and performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a busy, high-energy environment
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain quickly—we can help guide you)
- Workplace harassment certification (or willingness to complete training)
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic with a passion for fun and safety
- Previous supervisory, customer service, or entertainment/retail experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
