 CPA

Positions Available:

• Full-Time

• Seasonal / Tax Season

What We’re Looking For:

• Tax preparation experience with individual and business returns

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Willing to take on projects and learn new skills

• Comfortable working directly with clients and meeting with people

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• CPA license is a plus for the CPA position; qualified candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare individual and business tax returns from start to finish

• Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

• Assist with payroll and financial reporting

• Communicate with clients and answer questions

• Assist with tax research and accounting projects

• Help identify opportunities to improve client financial processes

• Support the team during the busy tax season
