Will Call Department - Order Picker and Packer

Monday – Thurs : 9am to 6pm & Fri: 8am to 5pm

Pay: $20 to $22/hr. depending on experience

Currently seeking associates for our Will Call Department as an Order Picker/Packer experienced in Warehouse environment and strong customer service skills, we are in Cerritos, CA. The Candidate will be expected to work in a team environment and have a strong, professional work ethic. Strong communication and customer service skills. Communicate and cooperate with peers and supervisors. Candidates must be great at dealing with our customers in our Will Call Department. Strong knowledge of computers. Work in a warehouse environment and be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Warehouse Duties:

· Work as a Cashier in the Will Call Department and help customers.

· Checking customer orders for accuracy when Order Picking (use scanners, dollies, hand trucks or carts)

· Packaging and Box preparation when giving orders to customers (use tape guns and any other gear)

· Performs one or more warehouse operational functions within the guidelines of the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load)

· Communicate and cooperate with peers and supervisors

· Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment such as forklifts, dollies, pallet jacks, etc.

· Follow all safety procedures to ensure no injuries are acquired while performing daily duties and wear proper safety equipment (waist belts/gloves)

· Keep a clean and safe working environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.

· Be readily available to perform other duties and task assigned as needed.
