What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Bieser, Greer & Landis, LLP?
Bieser, Greer & Landis, a law firm that dates back to its founding in 1854, is looking for an associate attorney to assist in all areas of the firm’s busy litigation practice, with the potential to focus on medical malpractice defense, domestic relations, or contribute broadly to the firm's general civil and criminal practice. The person filling this role will have at least five years of experience and have demonstrated exceptional research and writing skills with a desire to handle matters on a stand-alone basis as opportunities present themselves. Prior litigation and courtroom experience preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and competitive for the Dayton, Ohio, area. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with an annual bonus. Firm benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan, profit-sharing, and health insurance plan, as well as additional employee benefits.
