Description:
- Respond to homeowner inquiries regarding warranty coverage.
- Conduct site inspections to identify problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks and defects.
- Perform tasks such as rough and finish carpentry, painting, and staining.
- Coordinate repairs with subcontractors.
- Maintain model homes and RediHomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years experience in construction or a related field is required.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment, strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, and good communication skills.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree in Construction or Trades preferred but not required.

- Potential exposure to adverse weather conditions including temperature extremes and/or precipitation.
- Ability to travel to job sites, inspect completed work and traverse uneven and/or graded terrain.
- Medium physical exertion (i.e. lifting up to 50lbs) may be required
