Bidwell’s Painting is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Project Manager to join our team.
We need someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, keep crews organized and productive, communicate professionally with customers, and make sure every project meets our company’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential and commercial painting projects
- Coordinate daily schedules, crews, materials, and equipment
- Visit job sites and monitor project progress
- Give crews clear direction and expectations
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Perform quality-control walkthroughs
- Communicate with customers throughout their project
- Address job-site concerns and help resolve problems quickly
- Coordinate materials and make sure crews have what they need
- Maintain clean, professional, and safe job sites
- Document project progress, changes, and additional work
- Communicate regularly with ownership and office staff
- Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Hold team members accountable for workmanship, attendance, and productivity
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who is a leader, problem solver, and strong communicator. You should be comfortable managing people, making decisions, staying organized, and handling several moving parts at once.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous project management, construction, painting, or skilled-trades experience
- Leadership or crew-management experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to identify quality issues and ensure they are corrected
- Comfortable using a phone/tablet and job-management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable and professional
- Painting knowledge is strongly preferred

Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–FridaySome additional hours may be required depending on project schedules.
