We're thrilled to be expanding our small family-run business and are seeking a Warehouse/ Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you'll work Thursday- Saturday, 9am-5:30pm .
As our Warehouse/Front Desk Associate, you'll be responsible for photographing and cataloging inventory, uploading photos to a web-based platform, pulling inventory from shelves when customers come to pick up their purchases and providing coverage for the front desk associate as needed for breaks/if another employee is unavailable. We desire someone with a strong work ethic, customer service skills, and comfortability with computers, taking credit card and cash payments.
This position is moderately physical (regularly lifting items up to 70lbs) and will require working in an industrial environment with potentially large and dirty items and standing on your feet.
Requirements & Duties:
- Reliable
- Strong customer service skills
- Understand and be able to manage storefront processes
- Basic computer, phone, and camera skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to lift items 50 or more pounds
- May be required to use a pallet jack, carts, and other equipment to move large/heavy inventory within the warehouse
