Job Summary
The General Manager oversees daily overall operations for one of our store locations. They will lead two salaried mangers and a small team of 30 overseeing all daily operations of the front and back of the store to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment. They will also work with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and launching new processes while aligning with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Management
· Recruit, train, and develop store employees to ensure high performance and engagement.
· Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal coverage and productivity.
· Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
· Promote a positive, results-driven culture that reflects company values.
Operations Management
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
· Monitor daily operations to achieve efficiency and cost control.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store and backroom environment.
· Coordiante delivery of inbound product to ensure the backroom can process enough inventory to keep the store properly stocked.
Sales & Customer Experience
· Drive sales performance to meet and exceed company goals.
· Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing leadership, training, and support to staff.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Management
· Manage store budgets and payroll.
· Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or quality.
· Oversee product displays, signage, and promotions in accordance with company standards.
· Coordinate with regional and corporate teams on product needs and marketing initiatives.

Requirements
· 2 years of supervisory experience
