What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and keep the team focused and efficient
- Assign positions, manage breaks, and adjust staffing as needed
- Ensure food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards are met
- Step in during rushes and support both front and back of house
- Handle guest issues and resolve problems quickly
- Address employee performance and behavior in real time
- Open and/or close the restaurant
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is confident giving direction and holding others accountable
- Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions
- Reliable, on time, and consistent
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred (not required if you’re a strong fit)

- The team stays focused, productive, and respectful
- Problems are handled early and professionally
