Bicca Pro Techs is seeking reliable, skilled Independent Contractors for on-demand IT technical services and field engineering projects. We specialize in supporting commercial clients with high-standard infrastructure and hardware solutions.
Service Scope
You will be responsible for performing on-site technical tasks including, but not limited to:
- Network Infrastructure: Installation and troubleshooting of cabling, routers, s
witches, and WAPs.
- Security & Access Control: Installing/repairing security cameras and access
systems.
- Hardware Support: Setup and repair of POS systems, computers, and display monitors.
- Light Electrical: Basic tasks such as replacing outlets or switches.
Requirements & Logistics
- Independence: Must be able to work independently and meet strict
project deadlines.
- Documentation: All assignments are managed via a designated mobile app. You must perform GPS-verified check-ins/outs, upload "before and after" photos, and secure digital client s
ign-offs.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle required. Must be capable of transporting an extendable step ladder (e.g., Little Giant) with a 22' extension.
- Tools: Contractors must provide their own standard kit (power drill, network termination tools, basic hand tools, etc.). Specialized equipment may be provided by the Company for specific projects.
Professional Standards & Compensation

th the end-client.
- Pay: Competitive project-specific or hourly rates agreed upon before each service.
- Tax Status: This is a 1099-NEC independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
- Reimbursements: While you provide standard materials, any project-specific materials purchased will be fully reimbursed with a valid receipt.
