The HR Business Partner for NAM Commercial will play an important role in ensuring our team members perform to their full potential by shaping the employee experience and delivering best in class HR support to the organization.This role will be a trusted partner providing strategic guidance, direction and management of people-related topics that include talent management, culture, engagement, recruitment, retention, learning and development, and enabling a collaborative cross-functional culture.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with senior management, leading the process of building talent capability through recruitment, management of objectives, career development, and engagement
Lead and influence senior management and people managers on employee relations, team dynamics, coaching, goal setting and performance management
Point of contact for HR related issues that includes but not limited to policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, and performance management for approximately 150 team members
Monitor employment changes and ensure compliance with company policiesManage complex HR issues including employee counseling exit interviews, employee terminations and employee investigations
Support recruitment activities and manage the onboarding and offboarding processManage and guide goal setting, engagement, performance management and talent management processes for North America
What We’re Looking for:
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources Experience and to a variety of HR facets including organizational design, leadership coaching, talent management and development, performance management, and learning and development.
Prior HR experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail setting
Experience in the FMCG industry
Capable of appropriately handling highly confidential documents and information
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical problem-solving skills including time managementAbility to take initiative, ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong team player with high bias to action and accountabilityIs a self-starter, takes initiative, and detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capable of appropriately handling highly confidential documents and information
Strong analytical problem-solving skills including time management
Ability to lead without direct authority
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS, etc.Working knowledge of ESA, Human Rights, AODA and other related legislation
