Essential Job Functions:

- Operate fork lift; training supplied through company and not mandatory prerequisite.
- Transport molded parts to inventory queue and swap truck
- Transport molded parts from queue to assembly
- Transport empty containers from assembly to molding
- Coordinate receiving of Bulk Delrin
- Conduct quality inspection of Bulk Delrin and record on forms.
- Transport concentrates, nylon and polystyrene from queue to machines. Record on log.
- Record information on bin travelers
- Transport direct pass samples (all container types) to assembly
- Operate 3 tray molding machines and auxiliary box and stacker. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals.
- Operate 2 pusher molding machines and auxiliary bagger. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals
- Maintain trays pad printer and prepare ink.
- Maintain/clean/install Nylon and Delrin loader filters. (safety needed/dust mask)
- Conduct housekeeping on assigned machines and in loader room.
- Accumulate, weigh and record departmental scrap by type.
- Prepare cardboard containers for recycling.
- Place daily order with off-site warehouse for boxed material and molded parts.
- Conduct daily inventory of queue.
- Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation dictates.
Education, Training and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must qualify within department
