Title: Operations Program Manager
Duration: Six-month contract
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Hybrid – Redmond, WA
Compensation: $72,800 - $83,200
We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager with a background in Procurement and Vendor Management to support sourcing initiatives and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to manage sourcing activities for external vendors and service providers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and skilled at navigating complex processes while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with program leads to understand their sourcing needs.
- Find or suggest a supplier that meets Partners’ goals.
- Negotiate business and legal terms following Microsoft policies and standards.
- Create or renew Statement of Works (SOWs) using Microsoft approved forms.
- Maintain good relationships with both suppliers and program owners.
- Be a Trusted Advisor for program owners on contracted processes and procedures.
- Track RFI/RFP (Requests for Information/Proposals)
- Provide weekly status reports on volume, processing timeframes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Document and improve end to end processes.
- Assist in resolving procurement and operational issues.
- Prepare for key supplier performance reviews, and meetings.
- Manage the tools and processes needed to support the program.
- Partner with Procurement to enhance sourcing insight and program management.
- Support other LOC business and operation management team members as needed.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4 years’ work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, Procurement or Vendor Management.
