At Bibles and Coffee, we are a Christian business dedicated to making the Gospel as vibrant and radiant on the outside as it is on the inside. Our mission is to inspire individuals to engage with the Word in an intentional, creative, and joyful way. We specialize in crafting over 100 personalized Bibles, along with thoughtfully made Bible journaling and faith-based goods.
We are looking for a hands-on, crafty, and detail-oriented team member to join us in creating our products from start to finish. This role is very craft-focused and ideal for someone who loves working with their hands, enjoys precision work, and takes pride in making beautiful, meaningful items.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handcraft and assemble products, including:
- Cutting materials such as leather, canvas, paper, and vinyl
- Binding and assembling Bibles
- Creating and assembling jewelry and other faith-based goods
- Safely and carefully use sharp tools and craft equipment, including craft knives
- Follow detailed instructions while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Perform quality checks to ensure each item meets our expectations
- Assist with light inventory organization and product prep
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support the team with additional creative or operational tasks as needed
- Prepare and ship customer orders with care and accuracy when needed
Requirements:
- Comfortable with hands-on, detailed craft work
- Confident and careful using sharp tools such as craft or X-Acto knives
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to follow processes while also adapting to new techniques
- Enjoys creative, repetitive, and precision-based work
- Comfortable learning new tools, equipment, and techniques (training provided)
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn
Work Environment:
- This position is based out of our home, where we run our business operations. Applicants must be comfortable working in a home-based environment that blends family life with small business hustle.
Hours & Pay
- Part Time, approximately 24 hours - we are flexible to have you either work 3 full days a week, or split it in between 4 or 5 shorter days adding up to 24 hours (within 9 AM – 5 PM only - no night shifts).
