What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Lead Generator position at Bible2School?
Bible2School, a non-profit equipping communities to teach the Bible during the school day to children attending public school, is looking for a Member Lead Generator to join their team! The team member will generate, identify, engage, cultivate, and steward prospective Members - people who are willing and able to start a Bible2School program in their community - in order to reach children for Christ.
The Member Lead Generator duties include, but are not limited to:
- Generating and identifying potential Members
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential Members
- Developing a deep understanding of Bible2School benefits and impacts
- Tailoring communication to potential Members
- Meeting or exceeding annual goals
- Recording and tracking all meetings and interactions with potential Members
- Analyzing and presenting reports
- Assisting with special events

- Prior similar experience is preferred but not required – may include background working as a sales representative, customer service representative, account manager, or a business development representative
