BIBIBOP Asian Grill is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead – Catering & Events to lead restaurant operations and execute off-site catering events. You’ll help bring delicious BIBIBOP bowls directly to guests at offices, hospitals, businesses, and community events while representing our brand with exceptional hospitality.
Pay
$16.50–$18.00 per hour, based on experience, plus tips. Tips are additional earnings paid with each paycheck.

What You’ll Do
- Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Execute off-site catering events with accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional guest service.
- Deliver delicious BIBIBOP bowls directly to guests at their workplace.
- Serve as a BIBIBOP brand ambassador by upholding food safety, quality, and presentation standards.
- Ensure catering events are executed safely and on time.
- Support and coach team members when not assigned to catering events.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to drive to off-site catering events.
- Availability primarily Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM, based on catering schedules and business needs.
- Illinois Food Handler Certification required.
- Food Safety Manager Certification preferred or required within the company-designated timeframe.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in all restaurant areas and operate restaurant equipment.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and transport catering equipment and orders.
- Ability to learn and execute BIBIBOP food quality, portion, and presentation standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
