Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role at BIBIBOP Asian Grill, located in Washington, DC. The Team Leader will oversee daily restaurant operations, assist in training and developing team members, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role includes delegating tasks effectively, handling team schedules, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the store meets performance goals. As part of the management team, the Team Leader will model leadership and foster a positive work environment.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily restaurant operations and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for delivering great guest experiences and collaborating with team members.
- Commitment to maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with company guidelines.
- Prior experience in food service or a leadership role preferred but not required.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- A passion for creating a positive and healthy dining environment and being part of a community-driven organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus.
