Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail boats, including decks, hulls, interiors, and exteriors using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques
- Perform buffing and polishing to restore shine and remove surface imperfections
- Conduct window tinting applications when required to enhance boat aesthetics and privacy
- Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, and buffers safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored after use
- Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups to uphold the highest standards of boat presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and courteously during the detailing process
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, detailing, or custodial work is preferred; janitorial experience is highly valued
- Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving boats or equipment as needed
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills such as buffing techniques or window tinting applications
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
