Responsibilities
Service Advisors/Service Writers are a liaison between service customers and service technicians. In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and check in customers to their service appointments.
- Advise and make recommendations to customers based on Maintenance Minders and current vehicle conditions and service needs.
- Generate repair orders based on the customer's needs and represent the dealership as the contact person for the customer.
- Schedule appointments and order parts on behalf of customers.
- Act as mediator between the customer and the technician.

Experience
- Automotive/Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements
- Must have basic automotive knowledge.
- Dealership experience is a plus.
- Reynolds & Reynolds preferred!
- Must be team-oriented, able to multi-task and handle pressure, and thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driving Record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
