What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Biada Ravioli Kitchen?
At Biada we focus on fresh made pasta and excellent customer service, we are looking for team members to take the customer experience to the next level. There will be multiple positions available including Cashier, Cook, Dishwasher and Runner.
Some core responsibilities of these positions are the following.
Customer Service: warmly greeting guests, answering questions about menu items and resolving issues efficiently.
Food Preparation and Service: Preparing foods and drinks according to recipes, portions and safety standards.
Order Fulfillment: Taking orders, assembling and plating food items quickly and precisely.
Cash Handling: Operating the POS system, processing payments and counting cash drawers.
Sanitation and Cleaning: Maintaining clean and organized workstations, wiping down tables, sanitizing equipment and dishes.
Stocking: Replenishing service stations, food containers, condiments and supplies.
Requirements and Qualifications: No previous experience is required however previous food industry experience is a plus!
Skills: Strong communication, friendly demeanor and basic math skills.
Physical Demands: Must be able to be on their feet for the majority of the shift and ability to lift and carry up to 25lb
Certification: Must have or be able to complete the Food Handlers Permit Certification within 7 days of hire.
Hours: Operation hours will be from 10am-10pm Monday-Saturday, there will be Day Shifts (10am-4pm) and Night Shifts (4pm-10pm) available.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
