Responsibilities
- Administer injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and laser procedures
- Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations to ensure informed decisions
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper documentation for all procedures performed
- Manage client consultations, communicate treatment plans clearly, and address questions or concerns effectively
- Support retail sales by recommending skincare products and aesthetic devices aligned with client needs
- Assist with social media management and product demos to promote services and build brand awareness
Experience
- Valid nursing license with certification in injection administration (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers)
- Proven experience working in the beauty or med spa industry with knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation techniques
- Familiarity with salon or clinic management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle client communication professionally and confidently
- Experience in social media management for marketing aesthetic services is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities
- Knowledge of hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, hair extensions, tattooing, barbering or cosmetology is advantageous but not required
